Teamwork Contracting was formed in 1995 with the intent of providing superior construction services to exceptionally discerning architects and clients. From our humble beginnings, we have grown to a sizeable company, comprising of project managers, carpenters, painters, electricians and plumbers. Each of these team players serves an important role, and with their dedication, we have been able to establish a reputation for ourselves in the interior construction industry.

In line with the continuing expansion of our operations, we moved our office in Nov 2003, of which the wood workshop takes up to 9,000 sqft. At the heart of our company's business is the architectural millwork and cabinetry making. While some aspects of construction like electrical and plumbing work are sometimes outsourced to other sub-contractors, all millwork and cabinetry are fabricated in-house, in our large workshop equipped with a comprehensive range of woodworking tools and machinery. In so doing, we have been able to maintain a high standard of quality in all of our millwork.

Our management team works in tandem with our construction crew and is an integral part of the company. Working from our 3,000 sqft office adjacent to the wood workshop, the management office oversees the daily operations of all ongoing projects. Led by Steve Chai (CEO) and Thomas Yim (Operations Director), our team of project managers serves as the liaison between the company and our clients/ Architects.

They are further assisted by staff from our administrative/accounting department who handle the company's finances and day-to-day running of the office, as well as the purchasing department that is in charge of acquiring all supplies specified by out client/ Architects or needed for our construction processes. Together, this group of able individuals ensures that each and every project is completed smoothly, on time and on budget.
